Feeding back the feedback………

Michelle is the Educational Leader at North Cowra Children’s Centre. The team were wondering what families thought about their educational documentation – the program.
Michelle developed a family Survey and asked families to fill it in – the results were interesting, and helped the team to develop their Quality Improvement Plan!!
